One cool thing about SongBook is that adding songs doesn’t require any audio files from your computer. Instead, you can work with files like Chord Pro (PRO, CHORDPRO, CHOPRO), TAB, CRD, and TXT which are supported by this app. To add a song, all you need is to fill in the title and subtitle!

Organize Your Music

You can group your songs into categories which gives you lots of options for setting up tags and genres. There’s also a built-in playlist editor available just for info purposes; however, keep in mind that exporting an actual playlist file isn’t possible.

Edit Chords with Ease

The chords editor does require some writing if you want everything to be perfect. The preview area has two tabs so you can choose to either view or edit your work.

A basic textpad is there for jotting down everything about your song—lyrics and chords included! The context menu makes it super simple to insert chords, comments, definitions, keys, and more without any hassle.
