Creating and editing websites has come a long way since the first inception of the concept, many decades ago, and while the main principles haven’t been altered so much, the tools of the trade, together with the required techniques and corresponding resulting data have adapted to the fast, multi-faceted aspects of today’s website requirements. Users now have access to a variety of tools and software for creating and editing websites, in many different ways.

Speedwapp is an extension that was designed specifically in order to provide users with the means to incorporate website design into their Visual Studio Code working environment, and it will come equipped with a variety of purpose-fit features.

For instance, users will be able to access a dedicated visual builder, which addresses the website construction aspect from an ergonomic point of view, as it supports drag-and-drop operations, as well as visual customization of the added elements and objects. The collection of built-in widgets allows for selecting colors, adding imagery, as well as accessing a built-in library of stock photography.

Last but not least, the included pre-design snippet will allow users even when starting out from scratch, to resort to several templates and features that can increase the process’ speed.
