SpotOutlook is a lightweight software application developed with a single goal in mind: to help users recover lost or forgotten Microsoft Office Outlook passwords.
It sports a clean and simplistic layout pointing out to the fact that the accent doesn’t fall upon the looks of the program but rather on its functionality.
Compared to other similar recovery programs that are able to retrieve data hidden behind asterisks, this program simplifies the entire process.
Basically, it proves to be extremely easy to work with SpotOutlook, as it scans the computer for the lost passwords, and automatically displays data in the primary panel.
What’s more, the application provides details about the decrypted information, such as email address, server, login, and password.
Although the program doesn’t feature exporting options, you are allowed to copy the selected information to the Clipboard and paste it into other third-party utilities. Since it doesn’t require much computer knowledge to configure the dedicated parameters, even less experienced users can master the utility with minimum effort.
During our testing we have noticed that the application carries out the retrieving process very quickly, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it remains light on system resources, so it doesn’t hamper computer performance, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.
To sum things up, SpotOutlook offers a simple yet powerful software solution when it comes to helping you recover Microsoft Office Outlook passwords. It can be easily configured and installed by all types of users, regardless of their experience level.
