By default, only one window can be in focus at a time. Chances are you always want to have a particular window in plain sight, but your activities keep sending it to the background. On the bright side of things, you can rely on specialized applications like Stay On Top to assign a window to the topmost layer.

Since there’s no setup involved, you can see what the application is all about from the moment download is done. It doesn’t put much strain on the computer you use it on, because registry entries are not modified in the process. As such, you can safely carry it on a thumb drive to use whenever necessary.

You might end up scratching your head for a while when the window shows up because of the ambiguous design and approach on the situation.
