Getting Started with Steam Achievement Viewer

The only thing you need to use this app is your Steam ID. If you already know where to find it, great! But if not, just hop onto Google and search for how to locate your code. Once you have it, you're good to go!

Using the App

SAV is portable, so there's no complicated setup. Just launch it and paste your Steam ID in the right spot. Give it a moment, and it'll recognize your account. When that happens, you’ll see your profile picture pop up in the upper-right corner. After that, you're ready to explore four achievement categories!

Your Achievements at a Glance

You can check out your most recently earned badges, see which achievements are closest to being unlocked, or even find out about your rarest trophies. Looking at these default categories might make you feel like there should be more options available—especially if you've got tons of badges stacked up!

What Needs Improvement?

While the artwork for badges looks pretty similar to what you'd find on Steam, some achievements might not display perfectly—they sometimes have placeholders or odd images instead.

A Work in Progress

The translation feature could also use some work since the Closest categories don’t make much sense right now. But hey, Steam Achievement Viewer is still being developed! This means there’s potential for improvements over time.
