SysInfoTools NSF Merge is a handy software tool that helps you merge your Notes Storage Facility (NSF) files from IBM Notes. If you've got emails, appointments, documents, or all sorts of data stuck in those NSF files, this software is here to help.
First things first—before you can use SysInfoTools NSF Merge, make sure you have IBM Notes installed on your computer. Without it, you won't be able to open or process any NSF files.
This program lets you add as many NSF files as you want to the processing queue. And guess what? There's even a search function! This makes it super easy to find those tricky NSF databases hiding in unexpected places on your computer.
Once you've loaded your files, it's time to choose how you want them merged. You can either create a new folder for each database or combine everything into one new NSF file. If you're only interested in contacts from those source databases, there's an option for that too!
If duplicates are a concern for you, the software has got your back! You can decide whether or not to remove duplicate items during the merge. Plus, if you want more control, there's an option to filter duplicates by date.
To keep things tidy and efficient, SysInfoTools NSF Merge also allows you to exclude certain folders like "All Documents" and "Trash." This way, your output databases are smaller and free of unnecessary clutter!
