In fact, the application doesn’t even allow you to start a task unless at least one user gets created. These are mainly resource items, and require name and email address, from which only the name field is mandatory. Later on you can assign tasks to individuals, and even switch the assigned person with little effort.

Creating a task requires you to provide a name, owner, and due date. You can have the task automatically repeat every custom number of days, and there’s also a description field for more info.

Bottom line is that Task Information Manager manages to deliver a reliable environment in which to create a list of tasks. These don’t necessarily need to involve yourself, with users representing an important resource in task management here.
