Task List Guru is a super handy program that helps you manage your time better. It lets you break everything down into tasks and even supports importing and exporting in formats like CSV, HTML, and TXT. Pretty cool, right?

User-Friendly Design

Import Wizard Features

One neat feature is the import wizard. You can set character types, choose field separators (like tab, comma, or space), ignore lines that start with certain characters, and keep your tasks in order when you import them.

Add Your Tasks Easily

You can add tasks to a list and include details like the name (from highest to lowest priority), due date, reminders, and notes. Speaking of notes, there’s a lot you can do there too!

Notes Customization

The notes section has options similar to most text editors. You can add bullets, highlight text, change font styles and colors, align text differently, or even insert pictures (BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF). It makes keeping track of your ideas fun!

Search Tool for Easy Access

This software also has a little search tool that helps you find tasks quickly by typing in keywords. You can choose whether to search through task names or notes within the current view.

Main Window Layout

The main window is split into sections: a folder structure on one side shows your lists while the other side displays tasks along with a preview panel for notes. There's also a small area showing stats on completed tasks or those due soon.

Customizable Hotkeys

To make things easier for everyone using it, there are customizable hotkeys! Some default ones include “Ctrl+Alt+S” to show or hide the program and “Ctrl+Shift+A” to create tasks from selected text.
