Text-to-Speech Voices Installer

Windows comes with a few integrated voices for the default language of your operating system (usually English), which can be used by any text-to-speech application you run. Each language package you download after that from the Windows' Settings comes with its own text-to-speech engine that must be deployed separately. Instead of doing so, you can choose Text-to-Speech Voices Installer, an application that deploys Windows voices on your PC much easier and faster.

Text-to-Speech Voices Installer comes with a generous list of Windows voices for you to download and install on your computer. It displays them all in a structured table, along with the speaker's voice, the file size, and a button for playing a sample. There is also a volume adjustment button for you to hear the sample voices better when listening.

The language packs that are already detected on the host system are grayed out, including those pre-installed with Windows (the popular Hazel, David, and Zira for English). All the other ones are available for download and can be installed without a lot of hassle.

The Microsoft Server Speech Platform Runtime must be installed for the voices to work. In case its presence is not detected, the application prompts you to download it.
