It's possible to create a countdown timer in hours, minutes and seconds for locking down the PC automatically even when you are away. You can start, pause and stop the timer, and it's necessary to enter your password for gaining access as well as for confirming the timer. Everything worked smoothly in our tests, thanks to the fact that The Legacy Locker didn't freeze, crash or display error messages. As we expected, it barely used CPU and RAM, so it didn't hamper the overall performance of the machine while it was active.

On the other hand, it comes bundled with limited features. For example, it doesn't implement an option for creating a schedule with multiple timers at a given date or time by consulting a calendar. We must also take into account that it hasn't been updated for a while. Otherwise, the app gets the job done and it's very easy to configure.
