A busy schedule requires through organizing of daily activities and, in today's world, this is accomplished using either a mobile app or a calendar on the personal computer. The first thing you will notice once you launch Timeline Cola is the ribbon-based interface, which provides one-click access to all the features.

Most of the main window is occupied by the timeline scheduler, which can be displayed in various modes, depending on your needs. If you plan on using Timeline Cola just to keep track of your meetings and personal events, then the day, week, month, or agenda views are the way to go. On the other hand, if Timeline Cola is going to be your tool of choice when it comes to complex project tracking and management, then the Gantt view is the most suitable.

The calendar is displayed in a table that is easy to navigate through, with options to create new appointments, all-day or recurring events. In other words, you can use Timeline Cola to manage daily routines and get notified about events that only occur once.

Each event you add has a subject and a location. For project tasks, you can add completion percentages. Every entry can be assigned a colored label that quickly reveals its type. The time interval allocated to the appointment can also be marked in the calendar, and written reminders can be configured to appear near the system tray once every a few minutes, hours, days, or even weeks.

Timeline Cola has a double role: that of a personal organizer and a project manager, with collaboration features that facilitate teamwork. During our testing, we noticed that there are areas of the application that require further work but, overall, the calendar worked fine, and we were able to create appointments and get notified about upcoming events.
