The application doesn't take long to install and it doesn't come with a complicated setup that you would need to complete before you can actually use it. It sports a really intuitive graphical interface with plenty of tools at hand and some adjustments that you can make to its features.

The first thing that you need to do after launching this neat application is to create a new toolbox. A preview is provided in the right side of the screen, so you can see changes as you adjust settings.

You can adjust the position of the toolbox, its dimensions and the size in tiles. You can have the application start the toolbox when you boot your PC, refresh transparency when you move it across the screen or create snapshots.

In addition to that, you can drag and drop shortcuts to the toolbox and organize them easily. You have the option to create toolboxes for system folders, drives or other shortcuts on your computer.

The size of icons can be adjusted, simply by drag and dropping them in the icon library. You can pick from the window color, adjust borders and add effects to your toolbox.

You can create as many toolboxes as you wish and adjust the font and size of text used inside the application. Icon sizes can be changed, together with the tint of the toolbox. Moreover, you can apply a transparency effect and calculate the suitable tile size.

ToolBox is a very nice software solution for creating shortcuts on your desktop, to various documents, system files and applications.
