You can add a task by entering its title, start and end times, priority, and whether it's completed or not. Plus, you can set reminders and even get the app to repeat tasks. It also lets you write notes, edit details, and establish keywords for better organization.

Create Your To-Do List

Making a to-do list is simple! Just write down the titles, deadlines, priorities, notes, and keywords. You can also add contact info like names, companies, email addresses, or even Skype usernames.

Manage Your Database Effortlessly

You have access to some neat features like viewing database properties or importing/exporting contacts. Want to undo something? Copy or paste? No problem! You can convert tasks into notes or contacts too. Plus, there's a search function along with SmartBox to help you quickly add items.

Customize Your Viewing Experience

You can change how things look by switching between large icons, lists, or detailed views. The program also allows date calculations and lets you set global keyboard shortcuts for quicker access.

Performance Insights

This program uses low-to-moderate system resources and comes with a helpful guide (though it lacks images). While it worked well most of the time without crashing during our tests—just keep in mind we did encounter some issues when adding new tasks occasionally.

The interface feels a bit outdated though, and some features are limited compared to other options out there. So while we recommend Total Organizer with some caution due to these quirks.Check it out here!
