Total PowerPoint Files Converter supports handling numerous PowerPoint presentations at the same time. You can load the files by manually selecting them from their locations or by importing an entire folder in the application. Adding items by dragging and dropping them into the list is not supported.

The program enables you to add files in both PPT and PPTX formats, but it does not support handling other types of files created with PowerPoint, PPTM, for example. Once added to the list, the files can be removed, one by one, if you change your mind about them. A dedicated counter indicates the exact number of files in the list and you may manually indicate the output folder.

Total PowerPoint Files Converter allows you to select the output format before starting the process. The same settings apply to all the files in the list. The program supports converting the files to other PowerPoint formats, such as PPTM (macro-enabled presentation), POT/POTX (template), POTM (macro-enabled template), PPS/PPSX (show).

Other supported formats include XPS, PDF, Office Themes, Web pages (HTM, MHTML), XML, metafiles (WMF/EMF), outline (RTF) and several image types (GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF, BMP). You can save the results in a selected folder or their initial location, with a different file name.

Total PowerPoint Files Converter can quickly manage the items in the list and display a progress bar to indicate the evolution of the process. The status of the conversion is displayed next to each entry, indicating whether or not a particular file was successfully processed. The results can be saved in a separate folder, created at each conversion.
