Whether you need to create diagrams for work assignments or your own personal gain, designing one without a proper tool, can turn out to be quite difficult. Charts are useful to structure and neatly organize different information, team members, goals, or ideas.

A simple and easy solution might be TouchMind, which offers several handy options to quickly design maps and connect them with lines, to efficiently arrange your tasks and data, based on their importance.

It's wrapped in a modern and accessible layout with a ribbon menu, similar to Adobe Acrobat Reader. The design area takes up most of the space, while in the upper part of the window, all the provided elements are nicely structured in distinct sections.

If you used similar utilities before and you have files saved in TMM file format, they can be opened with ease. On the other hand, you can just start and create a new one from scratch. Sadly, the principal node and its children are fixed and can't be moved to any location. They are inserted to the left and right of the main element.

The app lets you connect specific nodes between each other using links, which may be personalized with custom colors, thickness, and styles. The text is easily entered, by directly typing into the node, and customized with font types, styles, sizes, and tones. You can change the item's background color and shape. Unfortunately, the output is saved only in the tool's particular format (TMM), and can't be exported to image types.

Taking everything into account, TouchMind is a small and plain program designed to provide a quick and easy method to create and organize ideas and activities based their priority, and save them for future use.
