Venta4Net is a cool software application that lets you send fax and video messages right from your computer. It's pretty packed with features, which makes it great for experienced users, but don’t worry if you’re new to this! There’s also a handy wizard to help you out.

Installation Process

The installation can take a bit of time to complete. You'll need to decide if you're setting it up as a server or client. Plus, Venta4Net helps by making file associations for you.

Setting Up Location Info

Once you fire up the app, you'll need to enter some location details like your country, area code, and carrier code. Don't forget the number to dial for outside lines and whether you're using tone or pulse dialing! You can even add multiple locations to switch between them easily later on.

Customizing Connection Settings

Next up, you'll want to adjust the connection settings for your fax modem using TAPI or port options, plus set up Internet telephony. Venta4Net allows you to create a list of multiple IP telephony accounts and rules for routing calls. You can also configure your phone to only answer known callers!

This software comes loaded with features like a phonebook that has both whitelists and blacklists. It keeps track of all incoming and outgoing sessions and messages in a log book. There’s even an inbox manager, outbox, templates for cover pages, and stamps! Plus, there's a scheduler for tasks whether they’re active or failed.

User-Friendly Tools

You’ll find an automatic answering mode here too! It has groups for admins and users with limited permissions. If you're just starting out, there's a message wizard that's super helpful. You can scan documents directly through the app or record voice messages too—pretty neat!
