It’s short for Optical Mark Recognition, and it’s super handy for processing tests or surveys. Imagine just feeding your files into a computer and getting results without all the manual work!

So, what exactly is OMR? It’s a way to capture data marked by humans from different types of documents. This includes test papers, surveys, questionnaires, and more! With Verificare, you can handle tons of info quickly and with fewer mistakes, as long as you give it the right files.

Choosing Your Template

Before diving into analyzing your documents, you'll want to pick a template. You can choose from existing OMR sheets or make your own! Options include single-sided quizzes with up to 300 questions and four answers each. You’ll also find registration forms and voting templates.

Create Your Own Template

If none of the templates fit your needs perfectly, no worries! Verificare lets you create your own. Just select that option from the menu and start adding things like questions, barcodes, QR codes, images—whatever you need!

How to Provide Data

Once you're set up with a template, it's easy to feed data into the app. You can either specify a location on your computer or scan a physical paper using a compatible scanner. Just hit the "Read" button under the "Reading" menu when you’re ready!

Sorting and Analyzing Data

After uploading your data, Verificare makes it simple to sort everything out. You can order data from lowest to highest or vice versa. Plus, there are filters to help find specific info easily! Want to export? No problem! You can send your results to XLS, CSV formats or even custom ones.
