VistaUACMaker

VistaUACMaker is a straightforward and speedy software application that you can use to apply administrative rights to any executable that has to be launched with this permission.

It doesn't include complicated options or configuration settings, making it accessible to all types of users.

The setup procedure is a fast and simple job that shouldn't give you any trouble. However, VistaUACMaker is ad-supported, which means that it offers to download and install third-party components that it doesn't actually need to function normally. These offers can be declined to make a clean setup, though.

As far as the interface goes, the tool opts for a single window that holds together all options, which aren't that many to begin with.

You can indicate a project executable file using a file browser or by directly dragging the item into the main frame, edit the project description, choose the required privilege level (admin, same as parent process, highest possible for the current user), and tell VistaUACMaker whether or not the selected program interacts with high-privilege apps (uiAccess).

VistaUACMaker also lets you open a text document without leaving the interface to view UAC properties. All changes are applicable with the click of a button. There are no other notable options available here.

No error dialogs popped up in our tests, and the software tool didn't freeze or crash. Its impact on the PC's performance was barely noticeable, since it used low CPU and RAM.

Although it doesn't feature more advanced options, VistaUACMaker delivers a fast and effective solution to applying administrative privileges to third-party programs, and it can be seamlessly handled by anyone.
