Visual Modeler for UML is a handy software tool designed to help you create UML diagrams, which are super useful in the software engineering field. It’s loaded with various templates for different diagram types like class, package, use case, state, sequence, and activity.
At first glance, the user interface might look a bit busy. But don’t worry! That just means it has a lot of settings to play around with. You can easily create multiple projects by entering details like name, type, title, author, organization, and description. Thanks to its multi-tabbed feature, you can juggle different projects at the same time.
Making a new diagram is straightforward. Just pick the type you need and start adding shapes and text. You can use lines, curves (both quadratic and cubic), rectangles, circles, polygons—basically anything you need! Plus, you can tweak the text with different font styles and sizes to make it look just right.
If you want to spice things up even more, you can upload images in formats like JPG or PNG and adjust your shapes' layout by choosing pen colors or line styles. You’ve got control over rotation angles too! When you're done creating your masterpiece, you have options: print your diagrams or export them as PDF, SVG, EPS, JPEG, PNG or TIFF.
