ViVeTool

Designed for experienced programmers and Windows users, ViVeTool provides a console application that makes it possible to get instant access to new APIs in Windows 10 and 11 Insider builds before they are released to the public. The ViVeTool is an example of how ViVe can be used, with the latter being the open-source C# library that ViVeTool relies on.

ViVeTool (and ViVe) can be used on machines running Windows 10 build 18963 or newer. The application displays a list of all the available commands as soon as you launch it in the console window.

The list of existing feature configuration can be shown, along with the feature usage notification subscriptions. ViVeTool can also print the current feature store change stamp, add or delete feature configurations and usage notification subscriptions.

ViVeTool also contains the ViVe library, allowing power users to get access to the new feature control APIs in the aforementioned Windows Insider builds. With its help, developers can create programs that are capable of interacting with the A/B feature mechanism in Windows 10.
