Almost always overlooked, INFs also called Setup Information Files are text files used by Windows when installing applications or drivers.

WillyPad is a simplistic and straightforward piece of software that aims to provide you with a suitable environment and all the necessary tools for building your own INF files. The program can also help you create INI, REG, NFO and DIZ files just as easily.
