WinForcer

WinForcer is your go-to tool for keeping unwanted users away from certain Windows applications. Want to block the desktop, Start button, Control Panel, or even hide drives? You can do it all with WinForcer! Plus, it’s super easy to set up different settings for each user or apply changes globally.

Quick Configuration with WinForce Config Application

Everything you need to configure is done through the WinForce Config Application. The best part? Any changes you make take effect right away—no need to restart WinForcer or log off. It's really simple to block any application or folder using this tool.

Easy Access for Administrators

If you’re an admin, don’t worry! You can suspend WinForcer whenever you need to access the user’s desktop without logging out. Plus, if you're managing multiple machines, you can use distribution configuration files so that setting them up individually is a thing of the past!

Password Management Made Simple

You can set it up so that it doesn’t block the Administrator User or ask for a password when someone logged in as an administrator tries to access it. Just remember—keep that admin password safe!

Getting Started with WinForcer

Once you've installed WinForcer, you'll be ready to block access to programs and system options on your PC. Just keep in mind that the initial password for suspending or changing options is 'norun.' Make sure you change that password as soon as possible!

User-Friendly Client Application

To start using WinForcer, open the WinForce Client application. You can find this by clicking Start > Programs > WinForcer > WinForce Client. It will also auto-start when you log in or boot up your computer!

Your Custom Configuration Options

The client will automatically block programs based on default settings during installation. Want something different? No problem! Use the WinForce Config program, found in Start > Programs > WinForcer > WinForce Config. Enter 'norun' unless you've changed it already.

Tweak Your Settings Anytime

The moment you're in the config program, you'll see various options available. Anything ticked means it's blocked by WinForcer. Feel free to adjust these settings by ticking and unticking as needed.

Add New Programs Easily!

If you want to see items on the Start menu or desktop, just click on those icons on the left side of your screen. You can even add new programs using the find/add feature from the menu.

Simplified Saving Process

Once you're happy with your setup, just hit save! No logging off or restarting required; WinForcer willsave automatically.
