Wondershare OCR Plugin

Wondershare OCR Plugin is a piece of software designed to help PDFElement (formerly Wondershare PDF Editor) users to transform their documents into fully editable PDF files.

With the help of this simple tool, users can transform any scanned PDF files on their PC into editable documents, which enables them to search for content on them, as well as to select and modify text.

The plugin is capable of recognizing text not only from scanned PDF files, but also from any image-based PDF documents, for increased convenience.

In addition to allowing users to search and select content from the scanned PDF, the tool also provides them with the possibility to copy text and images from these PDFs, so as to use the content in other applications.

The program comes with support for no less than 23 languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese Traditional, thus allowing users to manipulate PDFs that contain text in any of these languages.

In order to take full advantage of the tool's features, users need to install PDFElement first, and only then to add the OCR plugin to it. As soon as this has been done, the program's full set of features is available for any of the scanned PDFs that users have on their computers.

One thing that users need to be aware of, however, is that there are different versions of the OCR Plugin, each of them compatible with a different version of the PDFElement (PDF Editor). No trial version of the OCR Plugin is available for PDFElement 4.0, which means that users need to purchase it first. After acquisition, they will receive a download link via email, and they will be able to install the plugin along side PDFElements.
