Word to PDF Converter Pro

As the name of this software implies, Word to PDF Converter Pro allows you to transform Word documents (e.g. DOC, RTF, DOCX) to PDF files. It can be easily handled by all user levels.

The interface of the program is plain and simple to navigate through. Documents can be imported into the list by using either the file browser, treeview or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is allowed.

In the queue you can read the name and format, source location, size and status of each file. All you have to do is specify the output directory and proceed with the conversion task.

You can configure options when it comes to the compatibility version, automatic rotation, resolution, text object compression (e.g. color and grayscale images), fonts, security and others. Plus, you can look into a log file.

The PDF conversion software takes up a small amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to preserve a good quality regarding text, graphics and images. No errors have occurred during our testing and Word to PDF Converter Pro did not freeze or crash. There's also a well-drawn help file that you can check out.

On the other hand, the program seems to have some compatibility issues with Windows 7, since it did not manage to convert documents in batch mode in our cases. Plus, you have to separately install third-party components in order for Word to PDF Converter Pro to fully function. But, even so, we strongly recommend this program to all users.
