Knowing what the time is can be useful even if you’re away from the computer and the screensaver fires up on the screen. World Clock Screensaver not only displays the local time, but also that of a few major time zones around the globe.

The program is easy to install and only requires your attention once. Then, just like any other screensaver, it can be optimized through the Windows interface.

By default, World Clock Screensaver is sensitive to mouse movements, which triggers the app’s exit. However, you can assign one or several of the available custom exit settings. Thus, the screensaver can exit when the mouse is moved, when you click the mouse button once or twice, when you press a random key or the escape button.

The app displays six clocks in the upper side of the screen. The local time is represented with the biggest analog clock, while the other time zones are displayed through smaller clocks, scattered around the big one.

Thus, alongside the local time, you can see what the time is in London, Los Angeles, New York, Tokyo and Dubai. The app synchronizes with your computer clock, so the time should always be displayed correctly.
